finlandselectvip processes and ships orders with clear updates whenever tracking information is available.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, supplier delays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

• United States: 10 to 15 business days after shipment
• Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 11 to 16 business days after shipment
• Other supported destinations: 15 to 20 business days after shipment

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent by email when available. Tracking updates may take 1 to 3 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Changes

For address changes or cancellation requests, contact service@finlandselectvip.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipment begins, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For damaged items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution.
